Just watched Seaworthy, a surf movie by independent film maker, Nathan Oldfield. Beautifully shot, with a chilled out soundtrack and a moving story as the centrepiece for the film. Check out the trailer below!

The Kernel Brewery, London

Off to see the Arctic Monkeys at the O2 next Saturday and planning to start the day off with a trip to The Kernel Brewery to stock up on a few (hopefully) quality IPAs. The Kernel Brewery make Pale Ales, India Pale Ales and old school London Porters and Stouts.If the video below is anything to go by, it looks like it will be a promising visit!

Another short video from Do Lectures, this time by Michael Fordham about the lessons he has learned from surfing and how those experiences have transcended and enriched other parts of his (non-surfing) life such as business, family and friends. Michael echoes a lot of what Shaun Tomson says in his book The Surfer’s Code and we can all learn something from both of their wise words.

It exposes the sickening annual slaughter of more than 20,000 dolphins off the coast of Japan and the associated governmental cover up and international corruption.
