New year, new board, that’s the way I roll.
I’ve been riding a 6’3 for the past two months, so I thought it was about time I went to the other extreme. So It is with great pleasure that I’d like to introduce you to the latest member of the Ellis family, board number eight, my 9’0 Performance Stand Up Paddle board, custom-made for me by Renato Casimiro at Breeder Surfboards in Massaguaçu.
He’s only been out once so far, and using a SUP is like leaning to surf all over again, but I will get there. I’ve had a GoPro mount fixed into the deck, so expect some footage some time in the near future.
