Day two has been pretty cool! Jon and I had a little cruise around the back streets of Hong Kong, checking out the various street vendors. This place is so eclectic, a real cultural contrast to not only South Africa but also the UK.
Last night we were out for some food and drinks, checking out the back street restaurants and bars. We tucked into some nice Thai curries and got on the Singha beers and cocktails. I then managed to get in a full 12 hours kip, nicely!
Tonight we are off to some quiz night for a little social and some drinks etc. Tomorrow we are gonna head over to Big Wave Bay for a little surf! It will be Toe in the South China Sea!
Great to know you have arrived safely and getting into the Hong Kong lifestyle. Photos are amazing, some great views and many I recognise. Have a super time while we are freezing our butts off. Regards to Mark and enjoy the surf. Loads of love mum xx
