Repair or Replacements
I take great pride in the images that I sell on this website and your satisfaction with them is important to me. But due to their digital nature, I generally do not offer refunds after you have downloaded an image.
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act you have the right to a repair or replacement if you find that the downloaded item isn’t:
- Of satisfactory quality
- Fit for purpose
- As described by us (the provider)
I try extremely hard to ensure that all images are of high quality, clearly described and fit for their specified purpose. If you have purchased an image and aren’t happy it meets the criteria above, then please get in contact and I will try my best to rectify the problem.
Should a download should fail I will allow additional downloads free of charge.
If an incorrect image/link is sent to you, I will send the correct image/link to you free of charge.
What if I change my mind?
If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded the image, then please get in contact and I will try my best to issue you a refund.
