Today we had a bit of a scout around the Bukit penisular for some surf. We headed over to Dreamlands and also Nusa Dua, both of which were flat and onshore. Feeling rather bummed out, Mikey, Sulli and I headed back home to Legian, to find the beach break glassy, offshore, with some nice afternoon sun coming in. We surfed there from 2pm – 5pm and all got some great waves, with Sulli and I getting our first mini tubes. What a great afternoon treat after a bit of a shitty morning.
Tomorrow we are off to Cangoo, a break north of Legian. The four of us are hoping to set off early and make it a good day’s surfing. Now were are off back out to get some grub and have a few cheeky beers.
Ha, ha, u crack me up….I remember a certain individual telling me before they left on their surfing odyssey, that they weren’t going to drink……Amazing how thirsty a tropical climate makes you,eh babe?!!!
